We recently completed a roof replacement for a family in Derry, NH who had been struggling with leaks for over a year. After inspecting the roof, we found old shingles and failed underlayment that needed to be replaced. We installed Owens Corning Duration SureNail shingles, laid down 6 feet of Bison Ice & Water Shield, and replaced several damaged plywood sections. To finish it off, we added a 4 foot ridge vent and hand nailed the ridge caps with 3 inch nails to prevent blow offs.
